Description
Cloud Media Player is a general player for contents stored in common cloud platforms without downloading them to device. The following cloud platforms supported:
- Google Drive
- One Drive
- Dropbox
- Box Cloud
- Put.io
- WebDAV compatible NAS
In addition, when playing or viewing a file you can download it into local device to check it later when not connected to internet.
The following media are currently supported:
- Video Files (mov, mp4, m4v, mkv, flc, fli, avi, mwv, ts, m2ts and more)
- Audio Files (mp3, mp4, wav, caf, aif, aiff, ...)
- PDF Documents
- Most Office Documents
- Images
Audio and Video players are equipped with special gestures for easy navigation and transcription.

Good but it can be better
I have been using this app only for google drive...
Pros ✅
▪️I have installed dozens of apps and this app is the only one that I found that does not request permission to delete my google drive files, just to view. That’s good cause it’s always a concern..
▪️No adds.
▪️It works!
Cons❌
▪️Even with the option “Play all items” selected it doesn’t keep playing the next mp3 song, just videos.
And I think that this option should be checked as default.
▪️There isn’t a search option to find your files, songs or videos.
▪️There isn’t shuffle or repeat option.
▪️I didn’t find a way to create a playlists.
▪️The app doesn’t show the cover of the albums.
▪️When playing the app is hidden on lock screen. We can’t play/pause or skip with the screen locked.
To add and make this app awesome🏆🥇
When playing:
▪️A-B loop repeat
▪️Mainly for videos, speed control
▪️For videos too: the app could “remember” where you stopped watching a video. So when opening the video again it could continue from the same point.
▪️For audio files with tags (album name, song name) it could show them when playing. (Like the cover mentioned before)
▪️Songs without tags and with big names could be shown when playing with the name scrolling laterally.
▪️Possibility to add more then one account for the same drive, 2 or 3 google drive/Dropbox/... accounts. So we could switch between them.
3 stars but... potential!
3 stars *only* because, on my 6S with latest iOS, the interface has a lot of missing elements. The keyboard doesn't show up to type Google Drive credentials. None of the items on the settings menu are visible, and I suspect there are shuffle and repeat options that I also don't see.
Why not just integrate everything this apps does and put these features into Voice Record Pro? That would be awesome... playlist (with shuffle and repeat), mp3 playlist support in Google Drive.
This app does what I need for now. I got my Google Drive songs to play and that's what I wanted.
Video files don’t play and folders take forever
Right now all i get is the audio to play, no .avi or mp4 files play. Scanning a folder takes forever with only 30 videos.
